Our organization is the "Awareness and Development Organization with the Backward Community- Nepal" (ADO BC - Nepal) it is a non-government non - profit making, non-political service oriented, non-religious and anti-discriminator organization working in sector of equality and peace in society and democratic Nepal With human rights awareness. It was legally registered in 2006. It is an active organization working against every type of discrimination for good govern and Human Right. It is aimed at Youth, poor, Dalit, backward society and Madheshi people as well as students. This organization also works for strengthening youth\\\\\\\'s leadership development including skill development of organization. ADO BC-Nepal works in its aim through study, investigation, avocation, seminar, interaction, training, publication, skill development, demonstration, and its related organization. ADO BC-Nepal is monitoring and investigating against Human Rights violence. Similarly it launches programs such as discussion, interaction, training based on public avocation.
ADO BC-Nepal typically focus on promotion of human rights concept or norms, or raising of human rights awareness and knowledge promoting human right can include far example awareness rising, training, education, campaigning or lobbying for ratification of human rights instruments protection of human rights can include for example monitoring, documentation, legal aid, advertisement, publication.
Geographically ADO BC Nepal priorities the Terai of Nepal (madhesh) whereas thematic priorities cover Madheshi communities human rights, Dalit communities human rights, Woman human rights, democratic rights and rights to education. country has been struggling for democracy when this organization orgined. Different castes and communities have hoped after getting democracy that their all diversities will be finished and problem will be solved. At the right time ADO BC Nepal has established for the mission of human rights in madhesi community fight against all diversities.
The overall goals of ADO BC- Nepal are to promote human rights as human rights are defined in the treaties and instrument of the United Nation and national human rights instruments.
• Far- Vision (Far sight) :-
a. Our expedition is against discrimination and violence and for equality in society.
b. An ideal responsible, basic advocating for public, able organization for discriminated and backward society.
• Mission :-
The aimed group of this organization will be poor, backward, discriminated, lingual community, regional, gender, castes and students of Madhesh region of the Nepal. Organization will be centralized to make them conscious, able, united and active.
They will be able to consume Human Rights and fundamental Rights provided by state. Society will be happy, prosperous, self dependent, peace full and non-discriminated.
• Goal :-
To make all public conscious about Universal, Declaration of Human Rights, Declaration of Darbon conversion against racial discrimination, fundament Rights promised by state, convention of treaty made by state.
• Objective :-
a)To launch programs such as orientation, interaction, seminar, training consciousness development, monitoring, investigation,formation of organization network, publication to conserve all types of human rights.
b)To try to implement U. N. international human rights and Durban convention against racial discrimination.
c)To try to abolish discrimination on the basic of color, gender, language religion, caste, political views, social origin, wealth, birth and such questions.
d) Launch youth or student campaign and strengthens with society to make united society
conscious towards right and strong.
e) Launch peace building and conflict transformation, good governance to aware against human rights violation.
f) Eliminate the political / social / Economic/ Cultural exploitation for youth, woman and disabled Person to promote awareness of participation in political, social and Economic life.
